As we continue to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, and to ensure the health and safety of our invited applicants, balikbayans, in-process candidates, and visitors, Manila On-Time is implementing these basic screenings :

On the designated outdoor meeting area:

• Wash your hands with available soap and water at the sink located at the right side of the parking area.
• Approach the Security Guard and mention the name of the Manila On-Time Officer you are scheduled to meet.
• It is required that in-process candidates will practice social distancing, and wearing a double facemask and/or facemask and face shield while in discussion with the officer.

If without any symptoms and will be advised to enter the premises:

• Wash your hands at the designated sink with available soap and water.
• Scan the QR code of “Kyusi Pass” and show the same to our guard-on-duty.
• Sanitize your hands with the available spray upon entry and allow the guard-on-duty to sanitize your things.
• Do the thermal forehead scanning to get body temperature – If the body temperature registered is 37.8 degrees Celsius and above, with or without possible COVID-19 symptoms (cough and colds), candidate will be required to stay at the outdoor meeting area for further instructions.
• Wear a double face mask or a fitted face mask and sanitized Face shield while inside the Manila On-Time premises.

Other reminders:

• Companions will not be allowed to stay at the meeting area.
• Bring your own ballpen.
