Briefings and Orientations
Before a worker leaves for his country of destination, Manila On-Time ensures that he undergoes the mandatory in-house PDOS on top of the regular mandatory orientations provided by the Philippine government. On a hybrid model, this is conducted twice a week: on-site orientation for domestic workers, and online for professionals and skilled workers.
These orientations/seminars are meant to equip workers with the necessary knowledge and information regarding their country of destination, health and safety, airport procedures, savings tips, and more.
Immediately before their departure, the same workers are briefed once more on what to do at the airport and upon arrival abroad. They are also reminded about the importance of finishing their contract and what is expected of them by their employer.
